Cecille Cube Deuda
A winner. That’s how she described herself after scaling the heights of various battles of her career and personal life. As a baccalaureate graduate of Chemical Engineering, she had been employed in one of the leading pulp manufacturing company in the country; got involved in community organizing to remote Muslim areas of Mindanao; became an administrative assistant, and eventually an administrator. With the complexities of the nature of her academic exposure, she finally settled as a researcher in the field of engineering.
Her quest for academic fulfillment is what brought her to qualify for further studies through government scholarships in both her graduate and post-graduate studies. She’s a consistent DOST-ESEP scholar of Xavier University for the graduate studies in Engineering, and an ERDT scholar of MSU-IIT for her post-graduate studies in Material Science and Engineering. Her interests on the various engineering fields have been the driving force of her further quest for more researches in the future.
